Got up early and was determined to capture the local Bondol Haji whilst building their nest – no easy feat as they are not much bigger than a cigarette packet. Over 2 hours, I watched and clicked these 2 small birds as they built their nest in a palm tree 20 metres below my verandah, I wished I had faster shutter speeds and more zoom than my trusty canon 100-400mm EF F4.5-F5.6 to shoot with.
